A safe space to get together, take some time for yourself and connect with others. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or carer, just want to chat, or if you need to meet people that face your struggles too. We have a group to suit you. Contact the team to find out more.

FAMILY FACE TIME Application Form A // Form B
Support for your whole family.
If you are struggling with an issue affecting home life or family relations. Meet with our fully trained Family Support Practitioner to enable you to have those difficult conversations in a managed way and in a safe place. To apply start with Form A then add a Form B for any other members of your family.

PARENTING COURSE Application Form
Courses delivered throughout the year
The Door offers the Triple P Positive Parenting Program; an internationally accredited, nine week, group-based course. Delivered by a fully trained facilitator, Triple P offers both practical help and strategies for parenting teenagers. Courses take place online over zoom with small groups and 1:1 support as needed. Sessions are no more than 2 hours and can often easily be completed in a long lunch at work or from home.

Resources to help you help yourself to understand your mental health. As well as coping strategies, hints, tips and downloads.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
As a charity, funding for these services relies on income from fundraising and generous donations from people like you. A typical mentoring relationship costs us £330 to administer.
