Last week we received the biggest ever grant towards our work – over £70,000! This will go a long way towards helping us hit this year’s target!
Our YouTube channel has reached over 100 subscribers!
A young person we are supporting has been able to start college this term.
Detached work in Paganhill comes to an end this week and has gone really well. Praise God!
This month we are joining the rest of the world in praying for those affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic. Please join us in praying for healing and recovery, for wisdom and guidance for leaders, for energy and rest for those on the front line and for peace for those suffering loss.
Tuesday 6th October
Please pray for inspiration and grace for our Management Team today as they continue discussions around the strategy for the next 5 years of The Door.
Wednesday 7th October
Today is the deadline for the phone mentoring support assistant job. Please pray that we will have the right candidates for that role and the youthwork role we are still advertising.
Thursday 8th October
Today please pray for the Jackson Family. Please pray that as they grow as individuals through our support that they can grow together as a family too.
Friday 9th October
Please continue to pray for young people and their families as they struggle to understand and adapt to their new circumstances and their versions of a new normal.
Saturday 10th October
Today please pray for the team in our Charity shop as they continue to adapt to their new ways of working in new spaces to allow for the youth centre to reopen.
