Drop in sessions for home educated young people aged 11-25 and their parents/carers

Attendees will have the exclusive access to The Stroud Drop-in and Kitchen

Including:

  • PCs with internet access
  • Free wifi

  • Pool (20p charge per game)
  • Selection of board games
  • Comfortable seating areas
  • Formal seating areas
  • Full disabled access
  • Self Service Tea, Coffee, Squash and biscuits

 

THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO:

  1. No unaccompanied children on site at The Door at any time – the group is not supervised by The Door staff, and therefore parents/carers remain responsible for their children at all times
  1. An entrance fee of £3 per person is payable for each session – credit will not be given
  1. The group should seek to leave the centre in the state they find it – e.g. washing up done, sides cleaned, rubbish in bins.
  1. Attendees should recognize that other activities with young people will be going on in other parts of the site, and should be respectful of the work happening and the confidential nature of these services.
  1. Access to the site should not be given to non-group members at any time – any visitor not part of the group should be directed to The Door reception staff
  1. The general rules of The Drop-in should be adhered to at all times – these are displayed in The Drop-in
  1. Any issues, breakages or Health and Safety concerns should be reported to reception staff immediately
  1. A register of attendees will be taken at each session for Fire Regulation purposes. Unless requested, The Door reserves the right to add attendee’s details to its communication database
